Oakville homecare Ltd strive to deliver the best service possible for all our clients , on-going Quality Assurance and service monitoring is paramount to deliver user satisfaction.
We feel the best way to insure we are doing this is to regularly have client assessments , to give them the opportunity to raise any concerns they my have. We also carry out a client questionnaire annually to give clients the opportunity to voice their opinion, and suggest ways if any we can improve our service to meet there desired outcomes.
