Oakville Homecare Ltd employs dedicated care workers who treat all clients with respect, dignity and understanding.
Oakville operates an equal opportunities and confidentiality policy , both to members of staff and to our valued clients.
Oakville checks and vets all members of staff by means of Criminal Records Bureau ( CRB ) and ISA register before they start any duties.
All new carers undergo a full induction programme including training in Manual handling and Infection control as well as shadowing shifts with experienced senior carers.
We regularly assess our performance by means of a client questionnaire to ensure the care we provided meets the highest standard.
We encourage our care staff to work towards a national recognised qualification in health and social care.
We offer a package of care based upon the clients needs.
