The aim of Oakville care Options is to offer services to older people and people with disabilities to remain independent in there own home , Clients who feel they do not need personal care but would like a little help to continue going about there daily lives, there are a range of options available which can be tailored to meet your requirements.
Option 1 - A client well being Advisor - A one off call from a senior career to give impartial advice on the services and products available including assistive technology to help staying in your own home easier . From all types of providers including government support , charity's and private companies.
Option 2 - Well being basic - A telephone call once a week from a trained senior career to check everything is ok - a personal visit once a month from one of the team to help with paperwork , shopping , general daily living queries. - emergency contact to the appropriate person should the need arise.
Option 3 - Well being complete - A telephone call once a day from a trained senior career to check everything is ok - a personal visit once a week from one of the team to help with paperwork , shopping , general daily living queries. - Full monthly assessment to a designated supporter ( family or close friend ) emergency contact to the appropriate person should the need arise.
